had a lunch wif my sis, we went for buffet sakae at tpy..hah..tis week i ate twice sushi buffet le..but i tink should b okay for mi coz i exercise at least 3time per week..LOL.waited my sis at bus stop, got this sickening uncle cum at talk to me, ask mi where i am going..yucks!! so eryer~
went home after lunch n sis went to work, bro call during our lunch time ask us to go home n eat dinner he cooked tomyam haha..LOL..by now i stil haven eat yet coz im stilk feel kinda full..
later might b gg town meet steph coz her puttin tatoo at cine..haha..might b onli lahh..i c my mood 1st..LOL. tmr work morn, gg gym again..haha.. oh ya, my sis say i lost weight aft i pull my fats n show her by saying i lost "oil" le..LOL

haha...i was deploy to ward 45ICA during my AM shift..omg~~ hoi was in ward 45 too but she is in gerneral ward n she was aftnoon shift so i chat wif her aft my work..LOL.

as usual went to gym aft my morn shift i ran 3.7km lo..haha..den i go to CDC at ubi for enrolment..my practical one will start on tis cuming mon morn coz i workin on noon..hah..

(25/11/08)meet tim, jas n kx at prata shop aft work..tim pass her pratical 6..haha.. congrat to her..mel came abt 11plus, she drive her car n she lost her way..haha..went hm veri early coz i was workin morn leh..

work noon shift(tues), so sian dont even feel like working..

went to eat sushi buffet wif kx n my small sis and den we wento arcade to play games n also watch Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa..the show nt bad lahh..home sweet home aft tt.

went fishing on sat wif mt, jas, kx, tim n mi..mt caught 2 small fish..LOL..home at 5.30am..kx mum drive us to hav breakfast den to kx hse slp den tim n jas cab home n mt ride home..slp at kx hse until 1plus coz kx nid to go for work so i went home n contiune my beauty slp until 8plus..haha...

went gym every other day..jogged at least 2.4km at SGH..hah..looking forward to slim down..=)

having off day for tmr n monday den tues taking FCL so mean i off for 3 days..haha...

& now im going fishing wif Kx, tim, mt, jas n mayb sin also going
